AT&T Stadium is Third worst in NFL!

I won't even click.

What's the nonsense about please?

Whoever tells me... I'll owe you a bogey read in future lol

I have been to 5 stadiums in my life (6 if you count Texas Stadium). Arrowhead, Lambeau, Levi, AT&T, and the now empty dome in St. Louis. I would take AT&T in a heart beat over all of them. It's not even close.

I've been in Jerry's space ship and Lambeau.

I'll be honest, Lambeau was better. Of course Jerry's World has all the glitz and glamor and new tech but I am a fan of traditional and old time stuff. Lambeau has more of that feel than Jerry's World. It's why I actually like college stadiums over many of the pro stadiums I have been in.

OK, well, freeze your butt off then.

J/K. Everybody is entitled to their opinion and preference for the gameday experience.

Any stadium that I have to sit on bleachers (even with the little back things you can rent/buy) and get squeezed in by a 400 lbs guy next to me taking up 2 spots worth of space pretty much sucks. The history and atmosphere (look) is nice, but being uncomfortable destroys all of that in about 5 seconds.

I am OK with it. I'd rather watch a football game in The Big House or ND Stadium than Jerry's World. To me the atmosphere is part of the allure of going to a game at a stadium. If you worried about people sitting around you, just stay at home and watch on TV.

But to each their own.

It's what's in the stadium that counts.
Not necessarily.... :lmao2:

I have been to many Cowboys games including games at Cotton Bowl, Texas Stadium and the new Stadium. I see nothing wrong with the new stadium but then I don't get distracted from the game easily as evidently others do.

The overglorified art museum is fine. Might as well have a top of the line stadium. Nothing wrong with it. In fact, if any other team played there everybody would rave about it without criticism. When the Cowboys get back to glory, doing so in such a grand structure will be that much sweeter.
Fine then
Let's remove everything out of that stadium that isn't football themed. Replace the turf with grass and permanently keep the roof open. While we're at it let's remove that TV from the rafters. Let's turn it into a real football stadium.

I"m actually good with this. lol

Come on. It can't be that bad. I totally plan on a Philly trip.
I watched a child have beer poured over her head, a woman having her cowboys necklace ripped from her neck, and i was threatened about 6 times. This is after having a football thrown at me several times in the parking lot on the way into the stadium. So yes. It can be that bad. I WILL NEVER go back to that hole of a stadium

Oh I believe every word you said.

I sort of get what you're saying, and if you're going to one game ever maybe Lambeau is cool.

I have had the fortune to go to most of the NFL and MLB stadiums. I live near Boston and have been to Fenway Park a ton, as well as the old (and new) Boston Garden. As for tradition and ambiance, Fenway can't be touched and the old Boston Garden was awesome. As a venue, both places were/are dumps.

JerryWorld is the best entertainment stadium I've ever been in. That's all that really matters to me when rating a venue.

Here's the justification:

In terms of stadiums as functional structures that exist to provide entertainment and enjoyment, AT&T Stadium ranks No. 1.

It's gorgeous. But to call it a football stadium is like calling Disney World an amusement park.

Football stadiums have seats, beer stands, a field and maybe some swanky club level where luxury-box patrons aren't forced to order hot dogs while in line with commoners.

Jerry World has all that, of course, but it's best known for being the most expensive circus tent ever erected.

The football is secondary to restaurants, bars, restaurants and bars that surround the path players take from the locker room to the field, more pieces of art than the Guggenheim, and scoreboards so large they show every playoff heartbreak in a staggering amount of pixels.

In other words: please read me and react, Cowboys fans.
