At what point does the head coach go to the DC to make changes during a game?

How about shotty is not going to approach Parker about making adjustments because he doesn't have a clue as to what adjustments to make.

It's not like Tom Landry going up to Ernie starter and saying we should make some adjustments both being defensive gurus.

Neither one of these guys has any skins on the wall or is really qualified to do the job they're doing let alone tell the other one what to do.

This is like shoddy and Christians excellent adventure.

They need to go back in time and get some historical NFL characters to help them get through this season

A new DC and his defense is not going to be perfect early in the season.

It will be several games before we start to get a feel for CP's coaching ability because it will take time and he will need to make both defensive adjustments and player adjustments to fix the mistakes.

People seem to forget that Schottenheimer's first year was last year and was also calling plays and his offense only scored 20 points in that game in their opening season loss to the Eagles.

The Cowboys defense was historically bad last year and I kept warning all off-season it was going to take more than 1 season to fix it.

The best we as fans should hope for is a mid-level defense.

Yes, the Cowboys had trouble stopping the Giants but remember what they did the last two seasons, especially last season .. they gave up huge plays all game.

I like that they did not give up huge plays against the Giants, but I would like to see them improve obviously and I would also like to see the offense improve as well.

Nope.

NFL Head Coaches and their two coordinators shake the hands before kickoff and agree to not talk until after the game.
