This is completely false. The appeal of the Cowboys will never go away, just like the Yankees. Dallas hasn't won anything in value in nearing 3 decades, yet they are still the most valuable franchise in the world in any sport or one of them year after year. The DFW itself is not causing that. Dallas fans took over the Rams and Chargers stadiums in the last few seasons. Same as Arizona.
Almost 30 years and no div playoff win tends to hurt your fanbase. Kids love winners and hearing stories 30 years old about championships means nothing to the generation of lost Cowboys fans. My son is 23 and loves the Ravens, a two time Super Bowl champ, one in his lifetime and lots of AFC championship game appearances. It rings hollow to tell a young person about our past Super Bowl trophies and 30 years is an eternity to be playoff irrelevant in the salary cap NFL. Thanks Jerry. Theres no end in sight unless the fuhrer sells the team, which will never happen.

This type of news is, literally, the only thing that could possibly bring some sort of change to how things are run in Dallas

JJ is already repeatedly on record for wanting to be “relevant”… But repeated news about his team’s fans being “apathetic” would not sit well with him
Jerry has not changed how he runs the team in almost 30 years. He is our head coach and uses McCarty and prev head coaches as the scapegoat for his own failed methods. Ive been surprised as a longtime fan, that Jerry hasn't ever relinquished his gm duties which made me realize he’s basically giving the finger to all Cowboy fans.

We expect an owner to do everything in his power to field the best possible team but Jerry has used his power to play fantasy football with his team, play rockstar to sleep with more women (uh), and has zero consideration for the fanbase. He will never change the way he runs the team until they lower him in the ground in a Cowboys themed, gold plated casket.

He will be remembered by fans as a selfish owner who squandered 30+ seasons trying to prove to everyone he is a football guy. His billions don’t qualify him as an NFL GM for us or any other organization. He’s the king of gag orders and NDE’s, a drunkard, a cheat, and of course father of the year.

dont go, dont buy, if you get it for free fine then attend, send a message to this moron in charge that he is not selling crap on a stick to us anymore
I havent bought a ticket or anything w the Cowboys logo since DeMarcus Ware left for the Broncos. Up to that point, I bought jerseys, tshirts, and other SWAG until I realized he will never do whats beat for winning. I think we will see a lot of opposing fans at our home games this season and thats an embarrassment to everyone who loves the Cowboys.

I bet the stadium will still be full on Sundays.
and jerry will be full of it the other days of the week!

Im so done with him as an owner, the cracks are showing everywhere and unfortunately, he is starting to really show that mentally he is at the end hence the anger and shortsighted comments.

I wish him and his family eternal happiness....from the money they get selling to someone else.

its generational. Im 54 and have 4 daughters... all Cowboys fans. The Cowboys support isnt waning, only in your hopeful thoughts.

Look at the top rated games last season.
Look at home attendance last season.
Look at price for tickets to away Cowboys games. Look at the prices of the game before and after Dallas comes to town and then get back to me and tell me their support is falling off.
Yeah but my feelings tho. Lol.

CowboysZone LOYAL Fan
I love how people overreact to EVERYTHING.

2) I dont know what the temps in Oxnard have been, but for most of the state it has been BRUTAL. Who wants to sit on those aluminum bleachers in 100 degree temps?
You literally have ZERO idea about what you are talking about.

Every day in Oxnard, the lows are in the 60s and the highs are in the 70s.

EVERY SINGLE DAY.

It is NOWHERE near 100 degree temps. NOT EVEN CLOSE!

Jerry Fans will literally say anything and make up any excuse to defend his garbage product.

Maybe times are just tough for people and they have to make prudent decisions with their money and going to cowboys training camp can’t make the list

It's an awesome thing. We need fans to deliver the message. We're a long ways away, but it's a start. Stop buying merchandise and lining the Joneses pockets and maybe they stop actively trolling the fanbase.
Bringing back Zeke was the ultimate trolling of the fanbase.
