Attendance at camp from fans has been low

I think the wide spread appeal of the Cowboys is waning. They are still THE thing in the DFW region but not so much elsewhere. I spend lots of time in Florida. I use to see several folks every day wearing Cowboy gear. Now it is rare to see anyone dressed that way. I suspect it is the same in California. Thirty years of accomplishing nothing has taken it toll.
Where at in florida?

Your special Amber. You really are.
Let me ask you some questions. Do you spend money on anything Cowboys?
Do you spend money annually to go to Oxnard? Do you spend money for tickets for home games? Have you ever traveled across the country to follow The Boyz on the road? Have you ever showed up in Philly wearing a Smith 22 jersey and not hide it ever? Did you hang out last Christmas in Miami at Hardrock?Have you ever stood in the middle of 50k 12th men with your family all wearing Romo and Bryant jerseys?

You don’t have the right to tell anyone else how they want to talk about the team. I mean unless , you ever do more than type every day…Then perhaps I might let you slide a little!
Hes an internet bully with a pathetic life. Insulting good fans is his only joy in life.

Yeah, the criticism can't be about our GM's playoff record the past 28 years ...
He deserves most of the blame for sure. It’s a choice. You can whine all the time 24x7x365 and become bitter and angry all the time like all the haters here, or you can be a glass half full person. Personal choice.

Someone just posted that video of Dak throwing 9 TD passes yesterday and the stands were legitimately maybe 25% full. Unfortunately, this will never translate to home games as those will always be full. Even if real Cowboys fans stop going, Cowboys games are a destination for other teams' fans, as who else would you love to go see your team wallop than Dallas? And if not them, the corporate Dallas socialites will go just to post on Instagram. At least for the first time, maybe ever, those empty bleachers at training camp are an embarrassment to Jerry and he'll have to stammer his way around answering why fans aren't coming.

I wish someone would just point blank ask Jerry how it feels to know his legacy will be someone who could never give up power and who ran the team into the ground, and that the last 25 years have overshadowed the 90's dynasty. How does it feel knowing the only reason people don't want you gone is that they are afraid of your moronic, spoiled, cheap son making things even worse, Jerry?

All the media is reporting attendence is down WAY down..could be something could just be that with the inflation (not going political here) and such people are using the money elswhere right now..value real games and paying the bills over TC.

People are cutting back for sure. But also....the same sentiment as some of the forum. What excitement and joy does this year bring?

I'm excited for football, but not as excited about the Cowboys as I used to be. My expectations are tempered.

Still have hope. Still bleed Silver & Blue, but...

As expected, this email was ignored by the guest of honor. He always does that...

What? It's California. Even here in Dallas, which is MUCH hotter, it's been pretty mild. I'd say it's more due to fan apathy.
It rarely ever gets hot in Oxnard. Don’t think they’ve cracked 80 degrees this summer. The valleys in Los Angeles were over 90° today but it’s currently 71 degrees in Oxnard.

Honestly, seems like this forum has been kinda dead too.
It’s hard, real hard to root for the Cowboys. Disappointments aside Jerry Jones is such a louse it is hard to see him happy. Plus his recent gaslighting of the fans is a whole new level of dirtbag. It’s hard. I still root for them because I know there are good fans out there that deserve a win.

This Cowboys team is not the team I grew up rooting for. It's not the organization I grew up rooting for. Jerry got lucky hiring Jimmy but after Jimmy left it all fell apart. Jerry is getting exactly what he deserves.
