Bradie James on KTBB.com
-------------------------------------------

We have been hearing for years now that Bradie James is the leader of this defense.

So when he does an interview I wish he would just stop beating around the bush and let it all out.

This is the second interview in a row where I sense that Bradie James is just itching to blow this thing up.

You can't tell me that his comments toward the end of this aren't intriguing. He is saying that he can't necessarily get into the face of some of his teammates because of the higher authorities because it doesn't do anything anyway.

'If they don't feel that they will be fined then there isn't much you can do'

So not only is Wade probably feeling helpless in some ways, now from this comment I think maybe the team leaders are as well.

And when he says that firing Brian Stewart isn't going to change anything because the rest of the parts are still in place.

So isn't he saying that other parts have to go as well? Other coaches? Other players?

JUST SAY IT ALREADY BRADIE!!!

This team is all over the place.

Blow this motha.

Blow this motha up and do it ASAP.

There is rotten fish in this organization and it stinks.

And ignoring the smell won't make it go away.

:bang2: :bang2: :bang2:

Trade Bradie James we could get some value from a LB who is horrid in coverage after his last season.

I laugh at a joke, and one responds...

Brilliant!

I'm a leader, you're a follower.

And you follow the same routine of never posting anything worthy in the threads.

You just show up to instigate a rise out of someone.

It's played out bro.

Try something new already.

Exactly... Bradie James never sniffed the back-field without Wade as the defensive coach of this team. If Braide thinks he makes this defense, and not Wade, he's in for a rude awakening, Marcellus Wiley style...

The funny thing is that Bradie is one of the few guys that I enjoy listening to. He's one of the few guys who wants to stand up to his teammates and do things right, it seems.

But those comments are pretty damning. I've said it a bunch lately, but it is impossible to be a leader if you don't have anyone willing to follow. Too many guys in this locker room will not follow anyone. They won't follow Wade. They won't follow Bradie. They wouldn't follow Bill. They think of themselves as being the biggest kid on the block.

I wish that all of those personalities were sent packing. I think fans would find that there are still some good players here who only want to win. But it's hard to do that when some players will only run to the owner or just turn off their hearing as soon as someone says something they don't like.

I'm fairly new here, but I've noticed the same thing with this 5Countem. Needling any and all who don't sing the homer lines.

BTW, your post has some merit and your response back to this guy is spot on.

He's a leader of posting what others write, say and and think in an effort to get attention for himself.

You dont improve your team by trading away good young players.

James had a pretty damn good yr, especially the 2nd half of the season.

He's BY FAR the best ILB we have.

That is what I was wondering. Pretty egotistical when all he does is post what others say.

You both instigate. It's all played out. It'd be nice if you both stopped.

Agreed.

Not sure why anyone would want to trade Bradie James, he has played well.

Unfortunately, I believe he lacks leadership qualities and I don't think he has the personality to rally his teammates.

I would really like to see Demarcus Ware take this role but he doesn't appear to have the personality either.

Hos should change DCF's title to "Internet Message Board Leader."
