For those of you interested in hearing today's proceeding in front of the panel, here's the link. This was a pure day for the lawyers. Zeke was not in attendance. I haven't heard it myself yet, but I'm interested in hearing the judges' tones with some of the questions I've read were asked to both sides.

ESPN is reporting no decision expected today

It will come tomorrow after the NFL's response brief

And it sounds like the Women Judge is not agreeing with Kessler.

Sounded like one judge is pro-NFL, one judge is pro-NFLPA, and the other judge, Prado, could lean either way.

Looks like its going to be a 2-1 decision with Prado being the swing vote.............I think its literally 50/50 right now if Zeke plays next week, could be sitting for a month and a half.

the female judge is really pissing me off, very condescending and interrupts frequently

I thought this was only for jurisdiction. He would then have to file for the injunction in NY, assuming the NFL won this particular hearing. Or am I wrong?

decision was not handed down today, as others have stated it SOUNDS like 1 judge is pro NFL and another is pro NFLPA, the 3rd (Prado i think) was for the most part silent during the proceeding so hard to gauge which way he leans.

he will be the deciding vote

now the losing side can request a full hearing of all the judges in the 5th circuit. Does not always get granted though.

Looked into her background. Zeke has no chance with her all. He is male therefore he is guilty.
If the sex of the defendent and jurisdiction matter so much, our legal system is a joke. It's embarrassing that the NFL is so certain they will get their way if they have NY court.

It's all about politics and connections and not the law.

actually our legal system is a joke. The most expensive lawyers usually win. ITs all a stage where the judges and attorneys are performing-the OJ simpson case was NOT an aberration; it was everything wrong about our legal system in one case.
