I could see why Romo might want Jason as HC instead of Wade. Every year Jason isn't the HC here, is another chance for him to become the HC somewhere else. Romo does a very good relationship with him, so I'm sure he wouldn't want to see him go to another team.

Well of course I would want wade to stay as defensive coordinator. I just don't see it happening. You don't get dropped as head coach for a team then decide to stay as d-coordinator. I would expect him to bring his scheme somewhere else, with maybe herring taking over as dc

IIRC, Campo offered to do just that when he was fired as HC. Parcells wanted no part of that, however.
