Roy Williams sounds just like Terrell Owens with some of his comments. Those comments kind of negate any "good" comments he made. I guess that I shouldn't be surprised. Afterall, Owens is in the same locker room with him.
Roy Williams gives himself an excuse to "act up" or complain "when things don't go your way" or if you lose a game. It's classic Owens. "I'm going to speak my mind" or "not be happy" when we lose. Otherwise, if you don't want me to misbehave or "talk about it" or "make waves", then, do your job, Jason Garrett. When the ship is sinking, blame others. Not only blame them but do it on the radio or television.
I love how Williams says that "if players "like him" are not being used "right", they have a right to complain or voice their displeasure. Hey, Owens did it all year, and he got away with it. Why should we be surprised. # 11 saw it up close from the "master" himself. Williams needs a tough coach to be tough on him. He wasn't happy with "his use", at the end, in Detroit. Put him with Owens, and this should have been expected.
Williams is a minion, and Patrick Crayton is, too. It's a classic. Get the other WRs and the defensive players on your side and isolate the quarterback, offensive coordinator, and in this case, Jason Witten.
Just because you lose, that doesn't give you the right to throw coaches overboard. Perhaps, they do deserve some criticism. Guess what, it isn't your job, as a player, to be your boss' evaluator. Doing it in the media is just mind boggling. Say what you want to Garrett or Romo face to face. Letting this stuff out is inexcuseable.
In my opinion, Williams should be fined.
Wade Phillips and Jerry Jones better stand up for Jason Garrett with a statement and a strong fine. The organization has said that it wasn't schemes that were the problem. Phillips has stated this, too.
The organization has leaked information out about how they are concerened with Owens' influence on other players. We'll, here's some proof. Roy Williams sounds just like Terrell Owens. That is iOwens' thinking and attitude for sure.
