Johnson actually got Hurts to throw the football where the previous year he was awful.

Apparently Johnson is daks coach from college. If McCarthy had any brains he would be in Jerry's ear about this. A good coach who has developed qb like dak. Lol hell this is the coach who developed dak in college

Outside of Johnson for OC, the more and more i'm thinking about it you need to go like in college, since you have Big Mike calling the plays anyway. Have 2 guys focusing on Game plan for each of there respective tasks Running and Passing come up with game plan and let mike call the plays:
OL/RB / Running Game Coordinator - Chris Foerster or Jeff Nixon
QB /Passing Game Coordinator - Brian Johnson or Matt Nagy
