Giants release former Pro Bowler ArringtonAssociated Press

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The New York Giants released linebacker LaVar Arrington and two other starters Monday in the first major shake-up under new general manager Jerry Reese.

Arrington
New York also cut linebacker Carlos Emmons and offensive tackle Luke Petitgout, both of whom were slowed by injuries over the last two seasons.

Petitgout has turned into a human penalty the guy constantly jumps off-sides, I'd pass

I'd Skip him.

We have Flozell and he is just as good at false starts as Pettigout.

Didn't Pettigout sign an identical contract to Flo's -- I recall that Flo was on the UFA market for about a day or so -- and Pettigout's deal was what set the market value.

For those who complain about Flo -- you have to believe he is far better than Pettigout

It's not even close, Flo is better than Luke.

We could put him next to Rivera and they could have back spasms on alternate plays.

:laugh2:

I'll take this Lavar......

Not only no, but hell no. This guy has never been better than average and he's constantly injured to boot. I'll take Flo over Luke any day and twice on Sunday.

hmmmm.....best OL in FA.....was playing great before broken leg.....30 years old.....hmmmmm

IF the price was right, HELL YES !!!!

Question -

Are ear horns acceptable NFL apparel?

And, would Mr. Petitgout be willing to wear the one CBZ is presenting in this picture?
