There's clearly a lapse from where Dez came into the locker room to where Jerry starts shaking hands with other players (notice that Dez has his jersey and pads off by that point. Going back and watching previous interactions between Jerry and Dez makes me believe they already had hugged it out before that point.

He probably did rehearse it. He says the clear eye view thing over and over. He also likes to talk about SWOT - strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. It's like he's still in school. At least he paid attention in class, I guess.

When I walk into a room full of guys I know, I might give a jovial handshake to my acquaintances and not a whole lot to my best friend. Why? Because maybe we had just texted 5 minutes earlier or because we see each other all the time, etc. An outsider might see our lack of friendly interaction and think we don't like each other.

You can't tell anything from an edited, 3 minute clip. And as someone else posted, check out their interaction from the hurricane relief call if you think there's a problem between them.
