No I don't think that's that odd. Just because he thinks Cason is the best CB doesn't mean that NFL teams are going to value him the same. If he thinks that NFL teams will overlook Cason because of his speed then he can slot him wherever he wants. Do I agree with him? No. But you think he's a mid 2nd round pick and he thinks he's a late 2nd round pick, is there really that big of a difference?

Yeah, I know that's what you were trying to prove. But you didn't. I think Keenan Burton is one of the best WRs in the draft but I don't think he'll be taken until Rd 3 or 4. Just because I think he's one of the best doesn't mean I'd have to put him in the first or second round.

I do personally think he's the best CB in the draft, I think he and Cromartie are interchangeable as the best CB. I wouldn't put him in the second round though, no, but I tend to think that NFL teams value proven production in D1 higher than combine times and predraft bowl games. Other people think that NFL teams do the opposite. In my mock I would put him at #22 or #28, but even if I did put him in the 2nd round that wouldn't mean I didn't think he was the best CB, it would just mean I had a different belief on how NFL teams ranked players. I think it's very possible that some teams could give Cason a 2nd round grade considering there are only about 15-20 legitimate first round prospects every year.


NEVER SAID THE BEST PLAYER GETS DRAFTED 1st, but if he thinks, AH FORGET IT, I explained it in detail that a 2nd grader SHOULD of understood, and since You don't understand it, that speaks VOLUMES about your intelligence!

I know that you don't think Jenkins, McKelvin, Talib and Cromartie will all be there when we pick in the second round. You reiterated your point in this post too though, you asked me if I thought that Cason was the best CB would I put him in the 2nd round. You said that you were proving that DaBoys couldn't really think Cason was the best because he had him in the second round. I told you that was wrong. I was playing poker and was on tilt and just pissed off and just have everyone attacking me, hence the reason I attack back!
Now that I'm done with my tournament and no longer on tilt, actually you do make perfect sense that someone can think someone is the best C.b. but has him ranked as a 2nd rounder, since I feel Felix Jones is gonna be a better pro then McFadden and McFadden could go #1 overall while Jones could slip into round 2 right now, so you do make excellent points and for ONCE I found someone on here who can actually intelligently give logical and common sense answers when asked to explain themselves which most everyone does not!

So I must say you impressed me with your logic and common sense and when I'm wrong I admit I'm wrong, I was only trying to bust his balls though when I made that post cause he was getting on my case how Cason is this and that and how he's the best and found it funny he had him in round 2, we both now agree someone can be listed in your 2nd round that you have ranked higher based on NFL teams views and how eh could slip based on his 40 time, but let me tell you that's NOT what he was thinking when he put him in round 2, I know him and just caught him was all, BUT you did make great points on his behalf without knowing what he was actually thinking.

I KNEW he didn't really think he was the best C.B. and that's why he had him as a 2nd rounder for us in his sig, so that's why I was being sarcastic and making a joke, if only he was as smart as you and could of said this himself!

I have to say, I was pretty sure you were being sarcastic up until the very end lol. But thanks, haha, it is refreshing for people to admit when they're wrong on a message board because the majority of people are pretty stubborn. I try to do the same thing and not be bullheaded but I think everyone does it from time to time. I actually love having back and forth like we just did, I really enjoy it even though all the banter is ultimately meaningless. It was fun. Anyways, I'll have to try to talk you out of liking Felix Jones sometime because I think he's a bust all the way haha.

no i don't never said that and if you read my mock i stated that i think MCkevlin Jenkins and DRC will be gone be4 we pick at 22 and while we want a CB there a plenty of strong ones so we go offense and don't rush the pick. I also go on to say because he didn't run as fast as the other guy he isn't going to be rated as high as the other CB if you saw the other thread i posted about ranking the corners i had him rated the highest but when it comes to who would be drafted i had he ranked 5th.
