So Booger and Chuckles do not lose a wink of sleep over our backup QB situation, but they do fret over making sure we carry four (4) above average TE's every year....?????? BTW, Aidan O'Connell is lighting it up over in Raiders camp....he could have been Dak's cheap replacement when he spits the bit once again come January.

They are in good shape at backup qb.

Our back up kept the season afloat last year and is more than capable. When you lose a starting quarterback for several weeks at a time you just need someone to keep the team competitive and alive. Cooper has done that.

Not sure what game you were watching....however, my biggest concern is us going yet another year without drafting Dak's possible replacement. The sad truth is, that the Cowboy's brass also has to deal with his fragile psyche....EVERYTHING has to be Dak friendly and just perfect. That speaks volumes about why we need to let this season play out.

I watched all of the games and Dak has 5 to 8 years left.

Rush literally went 4-1 last year what do you want?

Rush was playing with literally all backups around him.

If he is needed in the regular season he will have all starters around him.

Rush’s job if Dak gets hurt. Is to play smart, and get the ball in the hands of his playmakers. None of those playmakers played tonight.

My point is more about totally being unprepared for the future at QB, when Dak repeats his horrific playoff act again this season. MM was supposedly in love with O'Connell going into the draft, but yet Booger and Corky did nothing.

Rush is the backup. They are too far behind now to pick up some new guy who will have to learn the system. What you saw is what you get.

In order to prepare for life after Dak the Cowboys need to suck and get a top 5 pick.
