Bad move Parcells letting the Skins sign Al Saunders'

Gibbs got a guy who fits in his scheme. BP didn't go after a guy who would bring a totally different scheme.

I think it is a bad move to toss your scheme completely instead of trying to fix the one or two things that make your current scheme -- you know, the one that the players now completely understand -- ineffective.

exactly, bringing in a new OC means a new offensive system, and this current O has alot going against it already, in terms of lacking talent, we don't need anymore things for the O to deal with, they have enough on their plate already

I think BIll is waiting for someone he's worked with before, and who runs basically the same offense, or is going to hire from within

btw, assistant coaches are overrated, execution and talent is more important

Still, I don't think that you sit around and let your competition beat you to the punch. If Saunders is as good as advertised, and it seems that he is, then you make the effort to keep your rivals from getting him while at the same time filling one of your needs.

That's exactly what Snyder did........they went and got Saunders so Dallas wouldn't get him. I believe that Jerry and Danny are in a little race to the Super Bowl.

Examples:

Snyder signing Sanders to try and up one on Dallas.......didn't work.
Snyder signing Gibbs back to try and up one on Dallas bringing in Parcells.
And now, Snyder signing Saunders to ensure Dallas didn't get him.

I believe alot of what Danny Boy does is directly aimed at what Dallas does.

Remember Gibb's first words after he was hired? "The Commanders main goal was to beat Dallas."

Remember Danny Boy jumping up and down like a little girl after Washington came back and beat Dallas in the first meeting? He absolutely hates the Cowboys and will do anything at any cost to derail "America's Team".

Danny is obsessed making sure Dallas doesn't succeed.

Yeah Parcells you evil ******* when the Skins called to ask if it was ok to hire him, you should have said no!

That just show how good of a guy Parcell is. He don't cares if we lose coach to Deadskin teams. He more interest for the longer terms with a lot of planning and brain smarts to make best decision for hiself and team.

Therefour Parcell know that Snyder just wasted his moneys on another loser likes he did with Marvin Lewis and Spurer who both left after taking his telemarket money from him and a laugh.

Expect same from Saunders next year. In meantimes Parcel gets last laugh for lettings him go.

I don't consider myself to be a free thinking outsider. I'm like you and every other fan on this website. I have an opinion and I happen to think it makes sense. The outsiders are the ones who can say; "I was wrong" or "You made a great point and I overlooked that." Those are the rebels! Yeah, you don't see many of them
