Bad News for Rangers, whsipers say Lee can't take the heat

Once again ......

Once the Summer hits the Rangers play very few day games in Arlington because of the heat, and by the time an evening game starts the infield is in the shade. That doesn't mean it isn't still hot, but it does make it bearable.

By the way, the lesson for any that haven't been to a Rangers game but are planning to go, get your seats on the 1st base/RF side. Down the LF line or LF bleachers can be unbearable in the Summer.

I like to sit 3rd base side, but under the middle deck protected from the sun / rain.

That would protect you, but I personally hate sitting under the middle deck because it's almost like sitting in a room rather than out in the open air watching a ball game.

Word is, Texas is going after Victor Martinez, Zack Grienke, and Cliff Lee. If they land Grienke at the Winter meetings, that could easily sway Lee coming back to Texas.

Starting Rotation:

1. Cliff Lee
2. Zack Grienke
3. CJ Wilson
4. Colby Lewis
5. Tommy Hunter / Neftali Feliz / Michael Kirkman

There is talk that Derek Holland, Martin Perez and Engel Beltre would be included in the Grienke trade and with Holland on the move, they were going to look at Feliz as a starter and give Alexi Ogando a shot at closing.

That would easily be the best starting rotation in baseball.
