Baldinger: I don't believe in Cowboys, Giants will control the line of scrimmage

My man, keeping Davis over Blue was a no-brainer for this team, and nobody knows what NFL talent Blue has. The elephant in the room and has me curious, is if Davis was hurt before cutdown day; would Blue have made the team? I admit, I would rather have seen him than the other 2 guys we're considering trotting out as RB2. Can't we poach him off of the Iggles PS?
Yes, the Cowboys absolutely can poach Blue right now if they wanted off the Eagles practice squad, but Schottenheimer never liked Blue. He made it clear all of last season by disrespectfully saying "he loves big RBs and he can not lie!" A direct shot to Stephen Jones who likely chose Blue to draft in the 5th round and a direct shot to Blue that Schottenheimer was going to find any way to get Blue out of here because he is not the type (smaller/lighter) of RB Schottenheimer prefers, yet Blue is exactly the type of backup RB we actually need to help open up this offense and make things harder for opposing D-Coordinators. The problem lies with Schottenheimer.

Blue is irrelevant.

Brian is still butt hurt we got rid of Micah but the loss of Tyler is concerning especially the way our tackles have played the last two seasons. My issue with Baldy is the Giants defensive line (current) players have never dominated anything. Plus their interior offensive line is suspect.

The 3rd string RB is just so irrelevant.
Early on in the season, yes. But, if there is a position that can become a huge need early on and can derail your season. RB is right up there, especially the importance of it on the Cowboys

This is why you pay your quarterback $60 million and give him the best wide receivers in football along with all the other weapons.

Dak the veteran quarterback that he is needs to absolutely pick the Giants defense apart.

He has the absolute best weapons he may not have all day back there but he is a seasoned veteran that should be able to adapt and overcome.

My goodness those two defensive tackles are so old they came over on the ark.

And they're threatening to be violent violence has been outlawed on defense in the NFL for years now it's a sissy game who are they kidding.

Their offensive line is supposed to overpower our newly retool defensive line in what world.

Baldy just wanted to get some clicks

I think Rockport likes us more than the Cowboys like Blue.

What sucks is this is primetime. Everybody's going to see this snot pounding that Baldinger is describing.

Can't wait for all the LOL you traded up for Downs jokes on Monday.

I think the more dominant group in the LOS battles will win the war.
Whoever is more dominant of Dallas's Willians and Clark interior DL vs their G/C/G Runyan-JMSchmitz-Mauioga OL trio.

But then to contrast that with their edges Burns, Carter, Thibodeaux and randomly Reese as well against Steele and Guyton at offensive tackle.

Whichever group can dominate those 2 matchups will set the tone and dictate how this game will be won imo.

Cowboys have the edge at interior oline and dline. Giants have the edge at outside dline amd outside oline. Dontbsee how he came up with his opinion but ok. And I'm not even saying they won't win. Just his logic is weak
I'll take our outside dline against their outside oline all day just like they will with us. The difference is that Dak has much more experience getting rid of the ball fast and reading defenses. In fact I will take our entire dline against their oline whereas their interior oline is NOT going to bully Q and Clark. Guyton was able to hold off Myles Garrett with little to no help. I think he will do ok against this dline; maybe not great but ok.

And no other team is willing to put him on their 53. He must be really good. Lol
