They did not dominate today. They won the game. Look at the stats. Ravens dominated in every category. Missed FG's cost them the game.
Once again, you are so hung up on the stats and excuses as to why a team loses. The Ravens do not lose to NFC teams, and they were at home. Why does a team have to dominate in every category in order to be good? It's so weak of an argument, and all you have to do is listen to people who know more than you or I and listen to what they are saying about the Iggles

Who cares.

I've had to stoop pretty low the last 30 years as a cowboy fan.

REAL LOW.

But I'm not going to stoop SO low that I derive my main pleasure in football from rooting for other teams to lose that has no effect on the Cowboys. Our season is cooked...nothing will affect us, therefore I have no rooting interest in other games, except to enjoy good football.

Baltimore is the team that really started our downward slide this year....but I don't care what either of these teams do this year. We'll still be where we are no matter who wins what other game.
The Saints game…. Followed by the Ravens

It's the Lions but really it doesn't matter.

Last year at this time the Chiefs look like the best team in the league? Nope.
Mahomes becomes a completely different beast in the playoffs…

The vibe right now IMO though is, it’s Josh Allen’s time..

Props to that Philly defense yesterday. I just did a watch of the condensed version as I missed the 2nd half of the game live, and I fully expected to see something change with their alignment after those first few drives went for points but it never really came. Looks like they continued to play their game plan just executed better, especially along the front 4.

Howie Roseman was always good at trades and manipulating the cap but was a mediocre drafter. He crushed the last three drafts in the first 3 rounds...
2022 Jordan Davis, Cam Jurgens, Nakobe Dean
2023 Jalen Carter, Nolan Smith,
2024 Quinton Mitchell, Cooper DeJean, Jalex Hunt (had a sack yesterday)

8 starters, bunch of studs.

2021 Devonta Smith, Landon Dickerson, Milton Williams, Kenneth Gainwell

Philly threads seem to strike a nerve of "This is why the Eagles are so great" with some...its wierd, dont they have a forum for the Eagles?

It's a good thing that Hassan Redick didn't turn into a high 2nd from the Jets. Would have given Philly more ammo to move up in the 1st

"Did we just become best firends!!!"
I just didn't realize it's been 4 excelllent drafts because I read an article about Philly's last 3. Landon Dickerson is a star as well. Luckily they didn't get Micah but they can't complain getting a stud WR.
And yes... we are now besties! lol

Baltimore did not do the job. What is their penalty? Should they be forced to drink too much coffee? Please. Give me your thoughts.

I think you should have the Philly fans in this thread go to the Ravens forum as Ravens fans and have this discussion...

Just understandable jealously of a division rival that runs the organization more smoothly and from a win in the postseason approach. Along with 29 years of wildly more successful postseasons. We are all still Cowboys fans, and wish that type of success for the franchise we cheer for.

I think the general praise for a division rival really upsets the fan zealots that seem so concerned with how other fans give respect to other teams. The whole infantile “go cheer for them if you love them so much” is so adorably middle school.

Unfortunately, the Eagles are just better in this century. Both of these teams have their seasons where they are just wildcard fodder/1 and done. But the difference is whenever the Eagles have a great regular season, it always results in a deep playoff run. They have won 12+ games in 5 seasons and each time, it resulted in at least an NFC Championship Game appearance.
The Cowboys have won 12+ games in 6 seasons and have not advanced that far in any of them. But the boot lickers will still talk about Jerry as the great owner and GM

I guess I’ve never seen a list of them like this. That’s something. It is unusual to have a rookie DB perform really well. Two in the same year very unusual. Everyone knows how it works, though. The Eagles defense is the youngest in the NFL, eventually they’ll have to be paid. Carter will be watching what Parsons signs for. That young man is going to be expensive. The Jurgens selection showed great foresight. Good centers aren’t cheap, either.

They’re all not going to stay Eagles.

Jackson the most overrated QB in NFL history was never going to beat the Eagles. Won't beat the Steelers either in the regular season or the playoffs. A complete bum.
