Barber starting could be a huge mistake

Funny how no one but Jimmy Johnson has mentioned that the Falcons defense hasnt been able to stop anyone in their game analysis. They are ranked 29th in the league.

Holy Cow, we are doomed everyone on Fox picked us to win.

Our coaching staff's player management in every facet of the game is laughable. Here way have choice who is a very solid, UNINJURED back, but yet we wills start our injured RB who really has his best stuff later in the game...brilliant.

Didn't Felix Jones have a similar injury during the pre-season when he took a helmet to his thigh?

Marion Barber's was more severe, but shouldn't it be good to go following a two week hiatus?

MB3 shouldn't have played the last two games if it only helped the injury to linger and possibly be a detriment later in the season.

It's my understanding MB has a pulled quad and not a deep bruise of the muscle. Two totally different problems. A bruise will often heal rather quickly; a matter of a week or so if severe. A torn muscle heals by scarring. In ten days you have a fair amount of normal resistance to tearing but muscles can retear pretty easy. MB should be nearing full strength for the tear now but it depends on how bad it was to begin with.

I think he will be close to or normal for this game.

We'll see.

wow we went from a 3 headed monster in training camp to this. This season is so full of failure in all aspects starting with the coaching I just can't wait for it to end already.

A bit of doom and gloom there. You'll live longer if you lighten up.

Well, that's it for me. You just gave me a whole new perspective on the season, one that I never actually thought of. Just end it.
