Why do you get so hung up on Daks ranking is beyond explanation, you have to be his brotha, or extremely brain dead.
Awww, someone's still butt-hurt because I hurt his feelings like a month ago.

I'm sorry. I'll try not to make you feel like an uneducated dolt in the future.

No, they wouldn’t do it for Lamar either.. I can guarantee you every defense in the NFL, including Dallas, fears Lamar more than they do Dak and by a long shot.
Fear his running. Definitely not his passing.

Lamar you need a specific type of offense and personnel to be successful. Dak can run nearly any type of offense an OC would want with his abilities. I bet there are many that would take Dak.

Lamar’s arm is a thousand times better than Dak and he flings it with a flick of the wrist, while Dak’s mechanics are slow. Lamar can throw from the pocket too. His earlier weakness was throwing outside the numbers which happened in the Titans game and their defense was beast anyways those playoffs. But Lamar is a great passer. He also threw 36 TDs in year 2 on 491 attempts while Dak took 7 years to hit 37 on 596 attempts.

Dak hasn’t shown any ability to play in any offense. He can’t even do a traditional 3-5-7 drop back ftom center.

What a glorious decade of fan hood. It's too bad (for them) they spent half that time having to deal with our dynasty.

Just want to remind every Cowboy fan that our defense held one of the top offenses in the NFL, the Niners, to 310 total yards and 19 points in an entire playoff game. The Niners have ballers at every skill position on offense except Qb and they couldn’t even get 20 points……hard for our defense to keep our offense ahead when they can only muster 1 TD and 12 points

theres not much wrong with our defense……it’s the offense that goes AWOL
And 2 picks gifted SF great field position and still only gave up 19

Yet he lost to Brock Purdy - a rookie QB playing in only the 8th game of his career.

As for the first part of your post, I guess if your goal is to be relevant, you stick with Dak. If you have bigger dreams (i.e. competing for championships), a good front office would consider moving on. Philly moved on from Wentz pretty quick, and it definitely worked out in their favor.

Unfortunately, in Dallas simply being relevant is good enough.

LOL..................Lamar is innacurate. He is NOT a great passer.

But this is what I get for talking with a Dak troll.

Never mind, lets move on. You are so far from reality, its not worth my time.

Honest question here Roy,,, no baiting.
Would you take a 26yr old Lamar Jackson with his contract over 30yr old Dak and his contract right now, str8 up deal?

That would depend on what kind of team you had surrounding the QB. And what kind of OC or scheme you were running. Jackson is a guy you HAVE to change your entire system and personnel for.

If I remember correctly Jackson got about 45 million per year with 4 years guaranteed?

The other problem with Jackson is the guy is one knee injury away from being done in the NFL. He needs to be able to run the ball a lot to be effective. His style is not going to last long.

You can win with both of them. AND I absolutely love the team surrounding Jackson THIS year and the coaching. Perfect situation in Baltimore.

They are going to have to win it all in the next two years. I just dont see Jackson having longevity.

For Baltimore I take Jackson. But no way do I give him 4 years guaranteed.

For a regular offense I am taking Dak and his shorter deal. Dak can play for another 6 or 7 years.

Respect what your saying but age alone favoring Jackson, puts him ahead of Dak in longevity is concerned, lets not pretend that Dak doesn't possess injury threat either.
Nor does any QB, but we are comparing these two.
I believe that they are so very similar in comp value, will be interesting to see the Ravens run this higher pass metric offense this season.
Will be a very interesting conversation to re visit post season and compare the two.
