Barring injury Daks going to have a banner year

It won't take a super bowl. That is just made up in your head. Don't throw the pick 6's. Make everyone around you BETTER...even in a loss. Is a good start
Exactly!!! Show up when it matters most and play well for 4 quarters and everything else will fall into place. We don't care about 50 points against the Commanders and Giants when you only lead the team to 12 against the 49ers. And we don't care the 49ers had a great defense because Dallas did too and Purdy found a way to win.

Everyone wants to talk about his ints last year while ignoring he had 37 TDs and 10 ints the prior season.

Dallas got next to nothing from Gallup and had no 3rd WR last season.

As long as the offensive line doesn't suffer a bunch of injuries Dak is going to have a strong season.

And hush up the haters. I think with the new offensive philosophy(Texas Coast Offense TCO), no routes where WR’s stop and wait, the offense will be better this year. Not as predictable. Last year defenses knew what plays Dallas was going to run. Several opposing players said as much. Shouldn’t be the case this year. Also, now we’ve got 3 excellent receivers (maybe 4 depending on Tolbert), Deuce, Pollard and what should be a better defense.

Of course as with any team injuries are key.

Should be a great year and Cowboys will be Super Bowl bound!
Philadelphia, New York and Washington agree. They cant for his gifts on sunday should be a banner year for sure

Again, why do you think it's satire? Something tells me you're not new. :)
Because this sounds like what Greenspan once described as "irrational exuberance". All of your "ifs" have to come together and automagically we win the SB. I'll admit the Cowboys are preseason contenders, but I could take your post flip it on its head:

- Dak - certainly not considered the best QB in his division and choked in the last 2 playoff losses.
- Running Game - Tony Pollard has not been the lead back since ...before HS or something like that. The rest of the guys are unproven. Deuce keeps getting shorter and shorter by the listing. Now I hear 5'5". I hope he survives.
- WRs - CeeDee Lamb had a strong 1/2 of last season. Gallup is recovering from a torn ACL and seemed to have lost a step last year. Brandon Cooks is in his mid 30s and - by all accounts - still has his speed, but for 17 games? Do I need to spend anytime talking about the question mark that is Tolbert?
O-Line: LOL...I'm not even going to start on the health, expertise and depth of our line.

That's just on offense. And while I admit we have a ton of preseason defensive hype, we are thin at LBer. So yeah, I laughed when I read your post because it's the kind of thing a child would write about their christmas wish list. If that's your wish list, cool. If that's analysis, I see it as comedy.

He hitting that Jerry Kool-Aid again.
Yes LB is a major issue and personally, DT will also be a MAJOR issue, and stopping the running games might be an Achilles heel for us.
Prescott, don't even get me started there as the Deer in headlights do come out at the most crucial team moments.
Either way, Godspeed to our Cowboys and Ya even to Rocky!!!

What do banner mean?
A banner is a long strip of cloth with a design, picture, or writing on it.
Banners are often used to advertise or announce something.
For example, a museum might have a banner over its entrance to advertise its current show.
Banners are also used in processions or demonstrations.
Banners can also be used figuratively to mean anything displayed as a profession. For example, "A banner year" is an unusually good year.
Banners are also used as flags. For example, the Star-Spangled Banner is a flag. Banners can be attached to a staff and used as a battle standard.

Hope you are right and the interceptions were an anomaly.

Our offense was not even a professional offense under Moore.
Under Moore, these things did not exist:

NFL Quality Pass Protection Scheme
Precise Route Running
QB Depth designed into Passing Plays (ie, 3, 5, 7 step drops)
Concrete Progressions for the QB
Scheming Receivers Open
Play Call Adjustment
Situational Play Calling

Yeah, none of us know how good Dak and this offense is or can be. None of these guys have played in a real NFL offense.

So far, we've been closer to seeing the floor of this offense than the ceiling. That is ridiculous considering how good we can look at times.

I'm hoping we get a better view of that ceiling this year. It could be fun to watch.

...I will go as far to say, the INT ratio will be better this year. Therefore, should be a good year for him.

Welcome on site...let's watch an interesting season now. Always be a fan! :starspin:

Let's hope it plays out that way. I think the reason these WRs were all running curls is because it's a higher percentage throw for Dak. I've been wondering why all those years Zeke would go out on a short route and just stop and wait. Well I guess we are going to see this season how it all plays out.

And Daryl Green's level of speed lasted a very long time.
Ok, he's 29. Granted, that's the exception. Right around 27 is USUALLY when guys start losing a step. If they had elite speed to begin with, it doesn't matter. Once every blue moon you get a Deshaun Jackson or a Greene.

every Cowboys fan hope he does……8 years may be the charm.

I don’t want to wander as long as the Israelites did searching for the promised land….but we are getting shockingly close
it was for a couple darling qb's. fingers crossed.

No. You. Won't.

You won't be here when Dak is no longer the starter.

You will go away in shame like the rest of the Dak over Dallas fans.
I don't even know how you can be a fan of a team and not have some semblance of attachment and kinship for the players. The Cowboys are a corporation. The team is full of players. Personally I'm a fan of both.

I think you’re wrong and yes we’ll find out this season.
