Totally agree.

And I agree with your points regarding Super Bowl XXX. If a team was ever able to mail in a Super Bowl victory, the Cowboys did so in Super Bowl XXX.

Then I suggest you look up the meaning of "selective argumentation"; nothing I've asserted here even remotely classifies as selective argumentation.

You, on the other hand, are guilty of crass oversimplification. In essence, you're arguing that a victory over the Shaun Hill-led 49ers is identical to a victory over the Montana-led Niners. They aren't remotely similar -- much like a victory over the O'Donnell-led Steelers is not in any way comparable to a victory over the Bradshaw-led Steelers.

your point was--- not like swizter team beat the 70's steelers that's what you said to build a case. that a Neil O'donnell team was lesser. No question the 95 steelers vs the 70's steelers are not in the same league. That is a selevetive arguemnt my friend, to down play a point. you are down playing a superbowl win.. SB XXX counts as much as SB XIII.. you get the same trophy.

It wasn't mustering the intestinal fortitude to confront Jerry in any one of a myriad abysmal personnel failures.

you do know why Barry was brought in? not to challenge Jerry man...

Swizters job was a sit on the side line and bring attention to the team. Tho some credit has to be given. Since they failed in 94 and to bounce back with a 12-4 season and win it.
