Jerry will appoint a GM from outside of the cowboys org and allow them to run the team without his imput before he puts Switzer in the ROH

He lost in his first year, when all the right pieces were there. I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing the second year is when Troy decided to start being the hard *** in practice, since Switzer refused to be.

Whatever the case, winning one SB with that team doesn't earn a place in the RoH.

He lost in the NFC Championship Game in essentially what had been the true Super Bowl for three years running. I agree that he doesn't deserve a place in the Ring of Honor, but give the man his due. You don't win a Super Bowl despite your head coach. It's like those who were saying that McCarthy won because of Aaron Rodgers. He won with Rodgers, a great quarterback, but there are plenty of great QBs who never won. I don't discredit a man when he's given the tools to succeed and uses them to do that.
