Agreed, it’s an amazing fit for all 3. Saquon would be having his normal Saquon year on the Giants (not the production he has in Philly)

And Henry wouldn’t be having this type of statistical year if he stayed in Tennessee or came here. Has been a great fit.

And obviously same with Jacobs.

Wow! Breaking news!

Great players leave old team who wasnt a playoff caliber team for playoff teams last year.

Amazing how the bad teams remain bad! But elite teams remain elite

Fair point.

But how much better are the teams than prior year.
Time will tell, and in the end we probably judge this by how these teams do in the postseason. Philly won 11 games, Baltimore 13 games, Green Bay 9 last season. Right now Philly is 9-2, Baltimore 8-4, and Green Bay 9-3.

The numbers these guys are putting up is certainly hard to argue against, but the team on pace with the biggest w/l differential is Green Bay and I dont think anyone would argue that is mostly due to the progression of Jordan Love.

I dont really have an answer to the question of how much RBs matter, but I tend to lean towards the idea that the gap between elite RBs and good RBs is significantly more from that of good RBs to average RBs. Its just so tough because its such a dependent position.

More and more, the Jones philosophy of avoiding free agency is being exposed as a flawed strategy in team building.

Because you are bad at something is not a good reason to not participate in it. Get better at it. Or more specifically, remove the people that are bad at it from their role.

The Zeke thing is just another example of Jerry’s stupidity. Guy has 189 yards this year. 3.2 YPA. He was clearly cooked in 2022 yet here we are. So predictable. He is only on the roster at this point because Jerry and Nepo Boy don’t want to admit they were wrong. It is a sterling example of how they will never win with those 2 morons at the helm.

They just didn't matter to us!!! As we liked our guys and zeke!!
Another example of our FO being reactive instead of understanding the game In advance. Five years ago, we set the RB market by paying Zeke at the top of the RB market.

They realized they overpaid for a guy who was already in decline and instead of recognizing THAT they over-reacted by acting like RBs don’t matter. There are examples like this throughout the history of the Jones FO where they are reacting to the times and the mistakes they make by over-reacting.

He put it in writing, though. I honestly thought he was unofficially blackballed from football. Maybe he is staging a comeback.
He has a lawsuit vs the nfl. He's done as a coach imo. Probably better offense doing this social media/yt channel
