Scott isn't a bad guy, he just made a bad comment at the wrong time. He was always a no nonsense type of player. He wouldn't let his teammates interact with opposing players during the game. He was actually the leader on that Ravens defense.

I think people are misinterpreting his "smirk", if that's even what it was. At most, I think that was him being proud of himself for making the connection with SAS's catchphrase. I really don't think he intended to make fun of Diggs or the Cowboys.
Well, if that's the case, why doesn't the guy just apologize for how it sounded?!? He doesn't seem to be a big enough person to admit making a mistake, he just doubled down and tried to explain it away.

Well, if that's the case, why doesn't the guy just apologize for how it sounded?!? He doesn't seem to be a big enough person to admit making a mistake, he just doubled down and tried to explain it away.
Maybe he considers it other people's mistake for misunderstanding, or maybe he feels like he's being attacked without cause. I honestly can't speak for his reasoning, especially since I have heard his response, other than the tweet in response to Micah's tweet, which seems consistent to how an ex player would reply to a current player coming at him.
