Batman's New Threads

The last one was the only batman movie I really cared for.

I thought the prior ones were terrible.

The only thing I liked about the other ones was Jack playing the Joker.

the last one did a good job of going into wayne as well as batman. going into the history and "creation" of something that could be a "batman". it kept the serious side of comics but didn't get too comical like all the others did.

i actually like bale as batman.

Keaton surprised me because I had no idea he could pull it off. He was solid...aloof, socially inadequate, just like he should of been in that movie.

Bale though...the guy fricking nails it. I like the way he can put people off with his arrogance to keep his identity under wraps. Physically too...the dude looks like Wayne in the comics.

Question: y'all do know that BATMAN BEGINS was a reboot of the film franchise, right? These new films have nothing to do with the previous Burton/Schumacher films. It's NOT a "prequel."

Yup already knew that and still think Keaton was much better than Bale.

I grew up on Keaton as Batman (well, also Adam West as Batman - - as my aunt taped the TV show for me as a kid) so I'm partial to him, but Bale did a very good job. I was not impressed when the movie first came out - all British cast to an American comic book icon, deranged Batmobile - and made the mistake of missing it it theaters.

The suit is alright...a little too busy for my liking.

I would like to see the Begins suit with a this suits cowl and slimmer neck plus a grey symbol on the chest.

I'm going to the set over in the UK when they finish in Chicago. That should be cool!

Anyway, Nolan's *** brilliant -- can't wait to see this film. Especially the "Heath-Joker."

Bale could be better...We'll see with the next movie.
