If I was a player, coach, or fan of Boise, I'd be PISSED!!

Oh, and as a nightmare scenario that I ALMOST hope plays out.... Let's say every team in the Top 8 wins out, except UF or ALA ends up losing in a CLOSE SEC title game (which I don't know if it's possible because there might be some other head to heads).... like overtime or something.

What if the BCS title game was an SEC title game rematch?? I would hate it as a Texas fan, but the chaos that would result would be unmatched.

We've seen chaos practically every year the BCS has been in place. It has to be something of epic proportions to change this ****.

I felt after the lack luster game vs Tenn that Alabama would have dropped below Texas. No big deal Texas still controls their own destiny. Win out and they will make it to the National Championship.

Cincinnati throttled its last opponent, and did so with a backup QB.....yet they dropped in the BCS.

Boise St. throttled their opponent....yet dropped in the BCS.

USC lost to an unranked Washington....then barely won a home game against a struggling OSU team....yet jumped like 2-3 spots in the standings

Iowa has struggled against garbage opponents, and while undefeated, they have no business being at 4. I would even put them behind USC.

BTW, I am a Texas homer and I feel Texas should be ranked about Florida and possibly Alabama....however, I am not upset that they are number 3. I am cool with them staying around 2 or 3...at least until they get to the National Championship game. Then they can win it on the field.

IMO the BCS top 10 should be

1. Alabama
2. Florida
3. Texas
4. Cincinnati
5. TCU
6. Boise St.
7. USC
8. Iowa
9. LSU
10. Oregon

If Georgia Tech can win this coming week (if they don't have a bye), look for them to surpass the loser of the USC/Oregon game in the top 10.

At this point, aside from Bill Gates sending a dump truck full of cash and dumping it at the NCAA's feet (and the major conferences), I don't know what else could be done.

As a Longhorns' fan, I'm not really concerned about their ranking just as long as they make it into the game (see 2006 BCS Championship), which if they win out has about a 99.99999% chance of becoming reality.

What irritates me is how the media criticized Texas' "narrow" 38-14 victory over CU (OMG!1 they had the halftime lead!!1!) especially after the crap games AT HOME from Alabama and Florida the past two weeks.
