Anyone worried about this game?

I'm not treating the Bears like dogtrash, but they allow a league high amount of sacks while we lead in sacks.

Patriots got 4 sacks on them, and got badly beat. Tho they shot themselves in the foot a lot, while I can't see us doing that to the excess the Patriots did. I think defense should get 4 or 5 sacks, and Parsons (if he plays) should dominate this awful line otherwise it's a disappointment for him. 6 out of 8 of his sacks this year were either in garbage time, against a back up line, or the Bengals.

Thoughts?

This game has classic cowboys all over it.

Slow starts, struggle against the run.

We need to come out and score early and make them pass. I don’t condone winning the kick and taking the ball first ever lol

Sell out against the run, spy Fields and have Diggs follow Mooney

The Bears are an average team but their quarterback has limitations that we can take advantage of. They are on par with the Lions, Giants and Washington. We don’t turn the ball over we should win.

I’m telling ya, the bears do things that match up wel against us, this is going to be harder than many are thinking
I can't even name an offensive player that they have besides Fields, and he isn't a good QB in my opinion, but that's probably more because I'm ignorant on the Bears roster. Why should it be hard for the defense?

the bears run game is great ( number one in yards until ravens passed them last nigh) and they do a lot of the same type of scheme things that Philly beat us with. Also their defense is a top 10 defense and we’re going to be down zeke so already behind the eight ball.

Darnell Mooney is a target monster. He gets most of the passes. Kmet is decent but not great.

Herbert has been coming on strong lately and Montgomery is a decent but not great back. He is good for a massive game every now and then.

It sounds scary until you look at their record...below .500 almost in November shouldn't be a problem for this team if they are the contenders that they think they are. The Bears lost to Carson Wentz' Commodores, and to Woody from Toy Story's Giants while barely beat the Texans. Cowboys not only should win, they have to win by double digits to send a message to the NFC, otherwise it's not a team to win in the playoffs.

There is no such thing as garbage stats.
You play who is on your schedule for 60 minutes.

Garbage stats myth are for those with agendas against their own players and team.

I get what you are saying but I’m not looking at the record, I’m looking at what they do well and where we have challenges and they look like a tougher match up based on that

we’re going to have to reallly use the spy well on defense and make sure that we prevent a lot of the rpo stuff that beat us a few weeks back.

we should win but it’s probably not going to be by 10

Earlier in the week, I asked when offenses would start coming out with unorthodox game plans to contend with the Cowboys defense. This may be the week. Expect the wishbone, the Maryland I, and all variations thereof.

I’m worried about every game because you never know with the Cowboys if they’re going to show up. I think most fans learned after the Denver debacle last season that you can’t take any team for granted. Justin Fields hasn’t been much of a passer but he’s mobile and the Cowboys have had trouble with mobile QBs. The Cowboys have allowed some very average QBs to beat them the past decade, so they better be ready to play on Sunday.
