This is a 3rd string QB in his first action and he's doing pretty good - now think back to when we had Weeden and Matt Castle play a few games - they were horrible - yes sir folks coaching matters.

JG just plugged in the next guy and tried to operate like it was business as usual.

"We do what we do" and "next man up" sound good in theory but don't always work in practice. When it didn't work there wasn't Plan B.

I disagree. He is playing alright. But running backs of his skill level are a dime a dozen. You can get one like him late in the draft every year.
