So much for all this "Rex Sux" talk-our WRs are really going to be tested-this is probably the BEST CB duo in the NFL, IMHO. Vasher is pretty BIG for a corner too.

Yah-wouldn't even compare them to that pitiful Gints' secondary.

Yup, I'd think it's safe to say there D is pretty stout. The big question is going to be see if their offense can out score ours.

You mean Tillman is big. Vasher is Nate Jones-sized.

We can complete passes on these guys -- they aren't that good. Last offseason, the Bears were even looking to replace Tillman and move him to safety. They didn't get it done, and he had a good year last year. But I can't forget the 2005 playoffs when Carolina absolutely torched both corners all day long.

This is when I wish we had Terry Glenn. Tillman is a big, strong, long-legged guy who isn't that agile. He can be beaten by a quick player, but we don't have those now. Maybe our bigger WRs can work on Vasher.

But the real key will be how we handle their pass rush. They've got the quick front line to give our big guys problems.

Tillman is not that good. Vasher on the other hand is a top cb. But if you are not Champ Bailey or Terence Newman a top wr will trump a top cb. So Owens will be eating popcorn on Sunday night.

I respect the Bear defense and expect a tough game but I also think Dallas has some very good talent at WR, RB and TE and while you may be able to do things to limit the WR or one the other positions I don't think they can limit us at every skill position. I will say I like our chances if Chicago wants to play 1 on 1 with our WR. If they plan on using a safety on top I'll put Witten 1 on 1 with any of their LB. Lastly if Dallas can have some success running the ball then I think the Bears are in trouble.

Do you even watch football?

Vasher is NOT big and isn't even the bigger of the two (Tillman is bigger).

And if the refs are on top of their game, Tillman will give us plenty of first downs cuz he loves to grab jerseys.

they make plays though. they are very opportunistic. Their defense creates pressure and they are very good of taking advantage of bad throws or deflections. this will be a very difficult test for Tony imo.

I lived in Chicago for several years and remember when Tillman was drafted and his rookie year...The talk of him not being a good cover corner is inaccurate...Definitely a physical player that can get flagged for illegal contact at times...I am guessing he will be matched up with TO...He's definitely a gamer...Should be a good matchup from both sides of it.

And, no, this is not an overrated secondary...Their aggression will compliment their pass rush well and make moving the ball tough...Also, this is a defensive unit that has forced a lot of turnovers in the past.

LaDanian threw a TD on Chicago; maybe we need to mix in a Crayton/Stanback reverse with an option to throw deep....

Tillman is physical, but he can be beat by a quick guy.

Of course the secondary is overrated they are going to start both Archuleta and Tillman, along with a very green Daniel Manning.

Tillman is not a cover guy, the Bears WERE looking to replace him, but he pulled a good season out of his rear and kept his job.

I think it's safe to say we'll see a trick play or two Sunday night. A fast, aggessive defense, probably the best we'll face all year - Garrett will surely dig deep into the playbook...

Time for the Crayton reverse pass I have wanted to see since we drafted him... unless the broken finger is on his throwing hand.
