I think in most states if someone calls the police for domestic violence, at least one of the fighting couple has to be arrested. So, being arrested doesn't necessarily mean he actually did anything wrong. PFT says he wasn't there when the police arrived and was arrested when he came back. He had told the woman she had to move out of the apartment he was renting for her, so who knows what happened.

eta: Another report says he left the house and was arrested at a friends house for a misdemeanor charge.

Now that this is a "fool me twice" situation, it's no longer a matter of whether or not we think his crimes are bad. They are. They're horrible, but now there is actually no business reason to pursue him.

They said it was the same woman, his ex-fiance, from the first incident last year.

He is suing the woman from the second incident, claiming he has video that proves it was consensual.

No charges were filed in either incident last year.
