It remains to be seen how the Bears will perform on the field, but they will look good doing it.

ESPN’s Paul Lukas released his 2013 power rankings of NFL uniforms, and the Bears topped the list.

Lukas said, “Moving the TV numbers from the sleeves to the shoulders last season did no great harm to what is still the cream of the NFL crop. No other team looks as consistently sharp week after week, no matter if they’re playing at home or on the road. Key element: the striped socks, which tie the whole look together. Other NFL teams could learn from that.”

All the kitties in the NFL pretty much anchor the bottom 32. The Dolphins uniforms are fairly hideous now that they went Arena League on us. 18th is generous.

To be fair, it's just about impossible for any such ranking not to be accused of being subjective.

It's totally subjective.

If the Packers and Steelers weren't NFL powerhouse franchises with long histories of winning championships would anybody think their uniforms weren't hideous?

The <reason> why they are ranked so high is everything people associate with those winning franchises.

If the Packers never existed and a new expansion team stared playing in 2013 with the Packers uniforms (that nobody ever saw before) they would be laughed out of the league.

yeah, that was the look I really liked.....the Staubach-Dorsett era uni. with them blue jerseys, numerals and silver pants.....killer. Put the iconic helmet on top and you can't go wrong.
My favorite Cowboy uniforms of all time are during the 1980 season both white and blue. And the numerals were just so unique I don't believe any team has had those type of numerals since.

Why are the Cowboys pants green?

Classically bad decision by Tex Schramm to adapt to the output of NTSC video.

Pants look hideous, and I hate the numbers on the jerseys over the last decade (the 9's look terrible on the white jerseys).

They should go back to the serif style numbers that they wore up until 1982.

If we could match the silver and the blues throughout the uniforms we would be #1

I dunno... I don't disagree with your idea, but the green and yellow scheme resonates with some people. For example, the Oakland A's apparel is pretty popular.

I agree with the Steelers though.
