lol. We just got rolled 47-9 in our own house so forgive us if we find a little comfort in beating the 49ers and possibly messing up their season. Assuming we don't turn this thing around, I have 3 games that I have circled that I would love winning. Give me the 49ers and the 2 games against the Eagles. If we can help mess those 2 team's season up then at least we got something out of this season. If we are going to be miserable then I would like nothing more than those 2 fan bases to be miserable right along beside us.

I actually agree with you here. One of the things I admired about Pete Carroll in Seattle was if he claimed someone off waivers he threw them in a game right away to see what they could do so he knew what he had. We never seem to do that until everyone ahead of them is injured and we have to play them.

gonna be honest, the season isn't going anywhere. too flawed of a team
never going to root for them to lose and I'm not gonna lie...throwing the 49ers an L would be nice

Indeed, great work Jerry! I would love nothing more than for us to be able to turn around this season and make a splash in the playoffs. However, based on how we have played, our schedule, and the current roster/coaches we have I don't even think we make the playoffs. We may even end up with a Top 10 draft pick the way this team is playing and being coached. The only teams I can see us being favored against right now is NYG and Carolina. Of course injuries could change some of that. If you told me right now that we would win 7 or 8 games I would be surprised.
