Beating Washington

I'm not yelling man. Why is it bothering you that I don't think the Commanders Rookie is great?

It's just silly of you to try and put down a rookie QB who is doing great things for his team. Concentrate on Romo and the Cowboys chances instead of how great or not great RG3 is, it's just silly.

It is silly to think that the main reason for the Commanders resurgence is that it is year 3 of shanahan's coaching and his great system (that has been successful everywhere he's been)?

You understand I'm not saying Griffin sucks? I'm just saying that Russell Wilson, who is having a great rookie campaign too, would be doing as well in his place. I'm saying that Cousins played well in his start and the team didn't miss a beat.

I know Griffin is likeable and a good guy, but I'm not slandering him or anything. Just giving my honest opinion of him, which is that he's doing good for a rookie, but not as good as he is being made out to be.

I still don't get why it bothers you.

I see it a bit differently. To me, the way you have to defend them is to not let RG beat you with his legs at all. That doesn't necessarily mean he beats you with his arm though either. Make Morris beat you.
They will NOT just abandon the run game if we go up 10 early.

Key would be getting to RG and hit him, a t every chance ,QBs after a few hits behave very differently, we shouldn't do knucklehead 15 yard varieties, but use every chance to make him feel the DL presence.

Nice try but not even close. No need to continue this discussion.

I am glad though you recognize Shanny's success. This forum doubted in early 2010 he'd be anything more then a Snyder big name bust. Clearly his plan is working and will continue to work now that a QB is in place and several young pieces are coming together. Having the youngest, and best QB in the division goes a long way towards that goal of year in year out competing for titles

I won't get too excited yet. RG3 is a big talent. No doubt. But people were saying the same thing about Cam last year. People can say RG3 is not same as Cam but we won't know for sure until year or two. RG3 could turn out to be the next Elway or he could turn out to be another Vick.
