fellow freaks----we have lost 4 of the 5 games by total of 12 points...these were the games we kept winning and did not lose last year but its like the switch has been flipped?....it hurts too much to lose these close ones....we got to begin winning them again

stop caring like the rest of us long time fans.

You are only affecting your own health and well being.

The jones family is rich and the coaches and players are all rich. they lose it stings for a second and then they go on. For fans it lingers for full offseasons and years.

just let it go and just watch the games.

im done, i tossed away what merch I had in the dumpster, just where this team is dumpster.

Meh. It's just entertainment to me. Bummer they lost but I don't dread it

Mike i have tried for almost literally 50 years..since Jan 1971 when we lost to Colts in super bowl 5.....i think i must have mental issues?

I understand, one day you will learn to let it go you will realize you’re in a one way love affair and they just don’t care

So if one is rich, losing doesn't matter. It 'stings' us, the fans, more than the owner of the team who has poured everything he has into the team and the players who dedicate their lives to the game.

I see.

no you are just a good fan. Once it gets its hooks in you its impossible to let it go...

I tried for years to make it a secondary thing and not care when the games are over...it took me until I watched the organization Dump Romo like old garbage and the players turned their backs on him to not care like I used to.

I look forward to this staff and this roster being torched and I can actually really like the team and want it to win the way I used to.

pan--are you saying cowboys do not reciprocate my love for them?....someone get my heart medicine

Exact opposite for me, becoming easier and easier.

Just have to laugh at how poor this franchise is run.

man i loved Romo and stood by him when fanbase put the hurt on him in those multiple interception games he might have now and then....but he was mr comeback too a lot of times...wont ever forget against Gmen sept 2015 insane comeback win

most of the players grow up rooting for other teams, living in different places and spend very little time as a cowboy. When it's over they just go about their lives and they earned a good living so its not much to look back on as coming up short etc...the way fans look at it.

for fans we live with these games for years and years and usually it costs us money.

Do you honestly think Demarcus Lawrence cares that much about winning and losing? I sure don't. He is a tough player who says and does what he wants. In a few years when his career is over he will go back to living wherever he likes or where he is from a wealthy man with no regrets. I don't think he will ever sit around and look back on a few losses in his playing career.

I’m desensitized by now. It’s ALWAYS like this with the Cowboys. Good enough to stay close in every game; not good enough to win the ones they need to

tough to do.

I’ve been watching for many years.

the 81 nfc game still haunts me....

In the late 90s/early 2000s, losses like this left me depressed and upset for a week. Later, I’d be pissed for a day or two. By now, I truly do expect this. I’m still fully invested, but continual disappointment breeds emotional callousness

Maybe stop guaranteeing victory? That's you right?
