What? You are los son.

The three teams i mentioned are in playoffs and 1 of them are #1 and #2 seed.

And here we are jerry complaining about cap issues.

Hmmmm
And all 3 of those teams currently have more cap space than we do going into 2025. How do you explain that?

GM Jethro and Cap Boy have no idea what they are doing.

Because of the success over the years he's had in the passing game caused him to get the big bag, NOW, in a normal functioning organization you play to your strengths, our strength is, we paid you big money we're going to get our money's worth, and NOT help you where you can really be helped. Get Dak a good runner, take the pressure off of him, lean on the run, and play action as needed. Instead, we just pass pass pass, and throw in a stupid run up the middle just to say we had some sort of balance! lol
I think this is the best thing you ever wrote. It’s definitely about balance, putting the quarterback in a scheme that fits him the best. We know what he likes best but we refused to give it to him. Love the Cowboys.

Bingo, could have 3 to 4 backs on the market and what does the Clampetts do? Clampetts like things bring back Zeke, Zeke of all the backs available, they bring back Zeke.
Rico Dowell ended up being very good once the offensive line was a line correctly

I have been saying this FOREVER... Dak is hands down better in run first, play action heavy approaches, his numbers don't lie. This has to be a focal of the offense. Money doesn't increase skillset, so money doesn't justify putting him in situations that aren't geared towards his strengths. Which is how people think, he makes the most so he should be able to throw more. NO, he makes the most bc of the market and bc of Dallas horrible negotiations but that doesnt mean keep putting him in shotgun. You asked for the worse version of him. He can do it on occasions but not every game. Focus on OL, RB and phsyicality and play calling,

Stupid seeps out of Prescott's pores when he sits in a pocket and tries to go through his progressions, he doesn't have the smarts to do this and have success at the same time. Prescott is pretty much a one and done guy, meaning the first guy he locks onto is getting the ball, if he's open or not. Also, Prescott had major issues in the games he played in this year hitting his targets between the numbers! I never seen so many passes that were so off target that forced his receivers or TEs to make non-stop circus catches, which is how CeeDee got his shoulder hurt this year.

Nearly every QB having success in the playoffs can run the ball a little or amazingly. Dak no no longer run and we might as well assume that dynamic is totally gone. The league is going that way, and if ownership wants that they need to ID a new QB.

we chose NOT to have a good RB, remember we couldn't afford it lol
Did you even watch the games?

When Doodle had blocking he did very good to excellent. The first 6-7 games the run blocking was putrid! The run scheme sucked too. Let’s run up the middle every run play with no blocking.

I would like to have another back along side Doodle, but Doodle was NOT the problem!

yeah, we couldn't afford it with 23M on the cap and being 27th in cap spend...closer to cap floor than cap ceiling.

"lets see what zeke can do!".

"I made a mistake thinking 2 rookie OL men can replace two veterans!"
Starting the season out this way was the recipe for disaster we should have never brought Zeke back and signed Derrick Henry drafting the o lineman was fine but forcing them to play when we had better players on the roster was a mistake but Jerry had to play with his new toys and bring back his old friend it cost us games.
But this is how it goes under Jerry Jones it's not what's best for the team.
It's him playing with his toy and trying to prove he's a football guy.
Always trying to gamble thinking Zeke has something left or you can take a couple kids out of college that don't even have their man weight on and put them up against grown men in the NFL and expect them to hold their own.

When there is no accountability and no consequences for your actions you can take chances and failures are just swept under the rug.
We have no chance of seeing a Super bowl with Jerry Jones running the team.
