Okay here we go:

The "movement" didn't start yesterday. It started before the Saints' game and for good reason.

This season, the team had demonstrated enough ability to counter the absolute abysmal attitudes of some, but to no avail. That negativity leeched at the opportunistic possibilities some still felt that the team could still achieve.

This "campaign" (for lack of a better word) was long overdue. The future is forever an unknown and it was way past time for someone... anyone... to point out the sheer nonsense of daily "realism" posted again and again on this forum.

This team is good. Where it will eventually go, I can't say, but I will say two things. It was never as dead as some implied or outright proclaimed. And it has enough talent and coaching to drive it as far as any other team.

People could stop throwing in the towel. Folks could put away the white flag. Fans could act like fans and not like media know-it-alls. There isn't anything wrong, shameful or compromising about having just a tinge of faith.

People can choose for themselves to believe. Or not. Whatever, but ******, people should jump onto whichever side of the fence they prefer. And if one side feels the other is living in lala land, so be it. After all, it wouldn't be the end of the world and it doesn't get any more real than that.
