Dude has been injured a lot already in his career, as a GM I'd have no confidence of him staying on the field after sitting out one year, and I'd definitely question his attitude after turning down 14 mil.

No way no how would I give this cat a huge contract. Maybe a one year deal for a ton if I thought we needed a RB that badly, but even then, he wouldn't play for 14 mil, what does he think he's going to get?

Reason is it is based on their attitude last offseason getting FAs and how their team built with that wide open offense. Bell can be on the field a lot without getting a lot of carries.

Since Bell has proven beyond any doubt that it's all about the money w/ him, it's highly doubtful that he'd go to a winner. Which team currently winning has cap space? Indy, maybe?
