Bench Barber, Bench Jones...

Oh please. The arguments that Choice is better than Felix have as much substance as the Scandrick and Jenkins debate did a year ago. And look at where we are now.

Choice isn't better than Felix when Felix is healthy and has the burst. But I think Choice would outgain him right now.

Bench the ENTIRE TEAM! Crayton at QB, he used to play it should we take a look?

They said Martellus Bennett could play Tackle, lets see it.

Barber as TE? Lets do it. And Buehler as linebacker, punter, kicker, and longsnapper? Maybe free safety?

It makes to much sense so it won't happen...

There comes a time when you must ignite your football team. Sometimes that means you put your players in check. We saw the Giants do it with their two linemen this past week after they were accused of not giving it their all.

Barber just does NOT seem to be the same player he was the last couple of years. Although he might have the heart, His speed has slowed dramaticly.

I was (am) a Felix Jones fan. I believed he had all the right moves to make him a great RB. And try to convince myself that he needs 15-20 carries to get into a good flow. Unfortunantly hes playing scared and im questioning if he really has the heart.

That leaves us to Choice. While probably not as gifted as the other two, He HAS the heart and the burning desire to prove himself. I say, you name him the starter TODAY and send the message to your team that no player is safe. You challenge each and every player and let them know that you too can lose your job.

I know there are many who will mock my thinking but can you give me one reason why you should be doubting Choice?

Let Barber and jones fight for the right to carry the ball. I think Choice has waited patiently and earned his chance.

Last time slow people. No blocking= no running game

I know some of you just cant grasp this concept, but there were no yards left on the field in the run game yesterday. No RB from any team would have had anymore success than the guys we have did.

Dude Barber is a back that fights for every single yard. Barry Sanders and Emmitt Smith would've performed about the same yesterday given the holes that our line was opening up.

i think this is the big issue that so many people seem to have when this discussion keeps coming up: "Felix and Barber are better RBs than Choice."

the whole point is that RIGHT NOW Choice is better. i think neither Barber or Jones are 100% despite what they might say or what Wade says. Barber clearly doesn't have the same power we're used to, and Felix seems tentative still and worried about his knee.

How about simply changing roles? T Choice, felix, and MB to close in the 4th

What difference does it make? If they block the same, the results will be the same. Like I said in the other post, I'm not sure why so few can grasp this concept.

Barber does need to sit. I believe Choice runs straighter and is quicker to the hole. Barber tries to outrun people. And he's not that kind of back. And since his off hand is hurt making it a bit more difficult to protect the ball in traffic.

I don't know how anyone can blame our running backs...

Everytime they got a hand-off there was already 4 or 5 blue jerseys surrounding them in the backfield.

This title should read "Bench the O-line", or even "Bench Garrett for calling long-developing draw plays even after seeing their inability to block".
