I do think what L.Allen did was amazing considering that they probably do not do a whole lot of lifting during the season and his season has not been over long enough to get back into a vigerous llllifting program....
I also think Porter was amazing for him to do that with his size .....
Most of the guys I thought did not go up with the weight as far as Porter and L.A. did

Gabe Watson has not and never will lift 275 lbs 36 times. Ever. Period. End of Story.

225 lbs, maybe. But not 275.

You mean a 6 foot 265 defensive end did that?

He is freakishly strong
Recruited as a OLB to Ohio State.
Most think he will run about a 4.6 at the combine. He could be a good late second day pick for us as a 3-4 LBer. He does have some sideline to sideline speed. He made a play on Maroney this year that showed he does have some sideline to sideline range for a DE.
