I will still have to go with the outfield your love as my #1 but there were so many good ones. Loved power ballads for some reason Great Lake music.

I was raised on 70's and 80's music Jackson Browne, Jimmy Buffett, Marshall Tucker band, Queen (Freddy had the best voice hands down). Journey (Steve Perry follows closely to Freddy) any ways you catch my drift. So whatcha guys got?

Got my tickets at the Hollywood Bowl in late July. Unfortunately, I think I have to see them with Alice Cooper :(

They are here July 12th with Alice also. Actually looking forward to seeing him. It's been 25 years at least but that was a really good show. Still......gimme Crue, Cure, Cure, Cure!!!

Any 80's list that includes the likes of Bobby Brown and New Kids on the Block, but excludes music from Foreigner and Billy Squire is an automatic failure.
Interesting. I would say any list that includes any of those is a failure.

Regardless on if the list is 100% accurate, anyone who thinks 80's music was weak, doesn't know what they are talking about.

maybe the people that think it was weak caught a glimpse of Duran Duran, Cindy Lauper and Debbie Gibson on that list. Good lord.

I can think of about 10 Def Leppard songs better than Pour Some Sugar On Me.

LOL!

I wasn't a Debbie Gibson fan.

But Duran Duran and Cindy Lauper?

I enjoyed both during the 80's... Obviously a whole lotta of others did too. Not everyone's "cup of tea", but still pretty popular all in all.

I can think of more than 10 Depeche Mode songs better than Just Can't Get Enough (annoying and DM-unlike production from the early Vince Clarke days).

And seriously, Bon Jovi on top of the list?

Oh well.
