Get with the program and only look at cornerbacks. It's the smart way to draft.

I just had a horrible thought. What if they take Justin Evans in the second round?

Obviously it's not smart, but if there is a tie at multiple positions, the call goes to the position of biggest need.

As it stands today, we have stray dogs manning the CB and safety spots. Unless Taco has a 30 sack year, the back end needs a serious talent upgrade. And no, Nolan Carroll, isn't the answer.

Luv the DBs and we gotta have em...but there are some great TEs in this Draft which Stephen mentioned in the press conference, I still like DLs McDowell and later Tanoh Kpassagnon but not sure we have room.

Of those likely to be there at the end of rd 2, I would be happy with:

DT Carlos Watkins - Always seemed to make plays when I watched Clemson
DE DeMarcus Walker - Sounds like Demarcus Ware
RB D'onta Foreman - not a need but I think he will be real good. Hope he is not a NYG.
LB Zach Cunningham - Can never have enough LBs
CB Sydney Jones - Risk vs reward, worth the gamble
TE Butt - Wouldn't mind but would rather have Clemson TE Leggett in a later round.
CB Quincy Wilson - Seemed to play decent to well at times when I watched Florida
T Antonio Garcia - Never saw him play but some seem high on his potential.

We need a DB that can contribute from day one, which means we need to get one in the Second.

And I know he probably will get suspended (especially if we pick him), but if Tim Williams were there at the back end of the 3rd, I'd take him.

2 Quincy Wilson, CB, 6-1 #210 Florida
Sources Tell Us
"He may not be that clean with his coverage but I would rather go to war with him over (Teez) Tabor any day. He's big and he's tough. Tabor has more talent but Wilson just has to find the right spot because he's got the mindset to be a pro player." -- AFC executive
NFL Comparison Tre' Boston

Shaquille Griffin, CB, 6 #195 Central Florida IN THE THIRD OR
Tedric Thompson, 6 #205 SS, Colorado

I SURE would like Cunningnam

28 of the 30 visits, or something like that, were DEs or DBs. They screwed the pooch on this draft long before this week.

We are completely motivated by need, so much so that our idiot VP of Personnel announces last night that they'll still get a quality CB at the end of round 2.

It's about the worst way to approach the draft. They've ignored 80% of the players and most of our genius fan base applauds them for it.
