Best Available Day 3

Really surprised Ian Thomas is still there and some of the TEs that went before him. I expect him to go very early today.

I hope at least one of the fourth round picks is defense either 1T or safety. They've been talking about creating competition but there isn't much at safety right now.

some good lookin' players still on the board...
Mo' Hurst,DT-Michigan
DaShawn Hand,DT-Alabama
Ogbonnia Okoronkwo,LB-Ou
Josey Jewell,LB-Iowa
Kyzir White,S-WVa
Deshon Elliott,S-Texas

hope we get Hand and another LB...Id like Josey Jewell.

on offense
Ian Thomas,TE-Indiana
DaeSean Hamilton,WR-Penn St
Desmond Harrison,OT-W Georgia

Ian Thomas would be a nice get.
Hand, Hines, White, Harrison were all apart of the team's 30 visits!

I would be a little surprised if the Cowboys pass on Hines twice in the 4th round.

I would hate the pick, btw. Hate the entire mindset behind the pick. Sit your best player for an inferior one because of safe spaces and stuff.

1. Trade up for Ian Thomas
2. Tim Settle
3. Best LB

In that order

They have shown great deal of interest with the player; interviewed, private workout and 30 visit. I think it's a strong bet, if he's there at 116, he will become a Cowboy. They may even trade up for him.

Nobody wants Zeke off the field in any way, can the coaches find a way to integrate both of them on third downs? I have my doubts

Here's my list:
Maurice Hurst DT Michigan
Tim Settle DT Virginia Tech
Poona Ford DT Texas
Josey Jewell ILB Iowa
Ogbonnia Okoronkwo OLB Oklahoma
Micah Kiser ILB Virginia
Cedrick Wilson WR Boise St.
Equanimeous St. Brown WR Notre Dame
TE Fumagalli Wisconsin

Is Jamarcus King CB South Carolina still available?

Gotta finally have that Lance Dunbar back!

Trading up for Hines would be silly.

This team thinks their processes work.

They will absolutely draft a scat back to supplement Zeke, though it's never been proved to actually help the team

Agreed. Cowboys likely need to trade up in the round to grab him. I also wouldn't mind seeing them picking up Nyheim Hines in the 4th today.

Honestly we need a TE butttttttt. I pass because there are several in Free Agency which could be a 1 year gap filler until next draft than focus early and maybe by than Rico Gathers shows his stuff. There are 4 to 5 still out there as FA. Probably the best player that helps our team on 3rd downs such as Lance Dunbar did is Nyheim Hines RB North Carolina St.

Most first round TEs rarely see starting snaps, at this point in the draft, developmental projects only,, I wouldn't waste the pick at this point, we already have those developmental prospects on the roster in Rico, Blake and Swaim.

Swaim is what he is. I am not sure why people expect more out of him.

If Thomas is there in the 4th, I'd take him for sure.
