I'll never forget standing there speechless at the Linc.

What's the most memorable Cowboy play you've witnessed actually being at the game? Pictures, words, etc. are all welcome!

Honorable mention:

Only Cowboys game I've ever been to in person was in 2010 when the Cowboys beat the Lions 35-19.

So I'd say Bryan McCann's 97-yard punt return for a touchdown.

Emmitt Smith's then NFL record 25th rushing TD on the season, Christmas day 1995. The Jerry MaGuire game. Buddy Ryan's last game as a Head Coach.

I have two, 1st was the return of Emmitt. That game had a couple Roy Williams lowering the boom on #22. Could here that hit from where God watches the game. That game Witten took a massive hit to the chin as well that ended up being broken. What was memorable about that was watching Witten walking up after the game with a jaw 3 times the norm and two hot ladies on each arm. You knew that guy was going to be special.
The second was the breakout game of Miles Austin. The fact that it was in KC, the chiefs were terrible, and it was a close game. However being able to see that breakout performance live and the way they won was awesome. Go Boyz!!

Monday night football. Superdome. Larry Allen chasing down a Saints defender to save a TD. I couldn't believe it.

1994 thanksgiving game Irvin caught that td pass over dale carter and dale was ejected and the whole team and stadium started singing. Also saw the Harper 92 yard TD in the NFC champ game live as well. 2 of the best plays I've ever seen.

Was at Giants Stadium late in 2006. Romo's dodging of Umenyiora and deep throw to Witten followed by Gramatica's game winner.

Never did screaming "How bout dem Cowboys" feel so good.

..the quintessential moment the Cowboys became a team with a threat..

up until then..the team had no stars and had no glamour.

This would be the summer of '65 and Bob Hayes was just a rookie. I think it was the Salesmanship Club Game against the then World Champion Green Bay Packers.

I was about 10 years old.

As I remember, the crowd at the Cotton Bowl was there to see Hayes play and he didn't disappoint. About the middle of the second period he blew by the Packers secondary and Meredith lofted a deep throw about 10 yards past the secondary for a TD.

Hayes was light years past the defenders. He gathered in the pass and covered the last 20-30 years with ease. The crowd went crazy..we all jumped to our feet and high fived and back slapped each other..being complete strangers.

Later in the game, he also returned a long punt return and almost broke it for a TD.

Everybody just went crazy.

Walking back to our car, everybody was talking about Hayes and his legend had begun. Pocket radios were blaring as people as they were walking were leaning in to hear the post-game interviews.

It was a magic moment. As a fan..it was like finding the Holy Grail. And Hayes became one of the most feared receivers in football.

Oh happy day.

Best play I've ever seen in person is either dez Bryant first career touchdown against the bears or emmitt broken shoulder game back in the 90's. big gap between those two but I'll never stop going to games with my dad. It's a tradition.

I was at Soldier Field in 2007, when this happened...

I got the tickets from the Bears' Head Athletic Trainer, so I was sitting in the section with a bunch of Bears' employees' families. Took a lot of restraint to keep from jumping out of my seat. For those who don't remember, Barber caught a screen pass and trucked Adam Archuleta on his way to the end zone in what ended up being a blowout for the Cowboys on SNF.

Picked the right game to travel to and saw Emmitt go up the middle to become the all time NFL rushing leader. Even got a picture.

Saw Emmitt break the record but one of the most memorable was when Alexander Wright returned a kickoff from out of the endzone. Everyone was screaming NO! NO! NO!GO! GO! GO!

Best play I've seen in person was Aikman to Rocket for the OT win in DC. I was also at the 1983. Game against the skins when the Boys erased a 23-3 halftime deficit to win 31-30. I honestly did not think I would get out alive. I will never forget when we took the lead a 300+ lb drunk guy comes up to me bumps me with his stomach, points up to the sky and says to m "boy, I am going to kick your a@@ on national TV" (considering I was only 15 yes old and weighed 140lbs tops I was scared to death). I remember looking around the stadium and seeing Cowboy fans being harassed everywhere.

I was also there for the Aikman to Rocket bomb in OT. Great comeback and even better finish.

I was there too! I loved that one.

My other is the opposite of that one. Seeing Roy Williams break Emmitt in his return to Texas Stadium.
