Best Cowboys writer--where is he?

I'm sure Dale and Parchy would know a hell of a lot better than I, but he is the front man on the Cowboys main site. His articles are always on the front page. Easiest to find and read.

As for Dale and Parchy, what are they going to say about the guy that is giving them internships? Blast him? Not exactly the way to get a good reference.

I would be willing to bet I am not the only person that rarely goes to DC.com just because of Mickey's style of writing.

And I bet I'm not the only fan who looks forward to his writing.

Not everyone liked Hemingway either.

Tastes are different, thank goodness, and the emotions Mickey causes make him easily the most successful writer at DC.com.

Yes, I believe if Mickey were a jerk Dale and Parchy would be honest about it.

Spags is most read writer on that site by a wide margin and not just because he writes the most. Trust me, they know whose articles are getting hits. Spags isn't going anywhere as long as he wants to stick around. On top of that Dale and Parchy both speak of him with the highest regard and I take their opinions very seriously. They actually know the man, his detractors just don't like what he writes.

I love to read Spags articles, especially his mailbag. His and JJT's mailbags are my favorites to read. Not sure which writer, but I believe it's Mosely that has the best recaps, puts a lot of non-pc stuff in 'em. After that, it's a free for all. I'm not much of a fan of Galloway or JFE reactionary material, but I used to love JFE's serious pieces a few years ago before she became a shock jock.

Amen, its funny how some think, that its their opinion in majority.

After the Campo years I lost all respect for Mick. He was Dave's biggest supporter and often defended him after two years of 5-11 seasons. Even during the disaster we call Campo's last year Mick was making excuses.

It wasn't until Parcells started winning with those same players that poor coaching finally was mentioned as a cause (not the sole cause) of three pitiful 5-11 seasons.

Even worse was he consistently praised Chad Hutchinson like he was the next Unitas and Quincy was clearly the better QB of the two. When Quincy got cut for his problems, he then tried to use the "see, I was right!" line.

No Mick, you were wrong. Quincy wasn't the answer, but he was a better answer than Hutchinson ever was.

Rich.........
