Popeye, post opening the can of spinach. We were never meant to ask why he could open a can with his bare hands but was always getting his butt kicked before scarfing down his greens. And if you were Bluto, wouldn't you have made sure he didn't get the can of spinach?

In my opinion, Gogo had the best chance of killing Black Mamba one-on-one during their fight in both films but she hesitated a second too long. All of the revenge fights were great (although I do not label Mamba vs Sidewinder as a true mano e mano showdown) but Mamba vs California Mountain Snake remains my favorite above the rest. My best-to-worst Black Mamba versus:
vs California Mountain Snake
vs Cooperhead
vs Johnny Mo (I should rank this lower since it was intermixed with the Crazy 88 fight but sue me
)vs Bill
vs Gogo
vs Cottonmouth
vs Pai Mei (Instructional initiation/not a fight/he could have killed her without trying)
vs Karen Kim
vs Buck (Poor guy was doored to death)
I think that was every one-on-one confrontation...
