OK folks, here's the game. I've learned this process from another board, and it seems a good way to pass the off season and stay away from the redundant threads, something a bit different.
We'll start with the QBs...a list will presented as such (example only):
Joe Montana 20
Dan Marino 20
John Elway 20
Johnny Umitas 20
Brett Favre 20
Troy Aikman 20
What you do is copy and paste the list in your next post. Notice the 20 beside each name...what you do is add 1 point to the QB you feel is best of the group, and subtract 1 point from the QB you feel is least deserving.
Example (embolden your selections and signify the plus and minus):
Joe Montana 21+
Dan Marino 20
John Elway 20
Johnny Unitas 20
Brett Favre 20
Troy Aikman 19-
The next poster example(copy and paste the revised list):
Joe Montana 21
Dan Marino 20
John Elway 21+
Johnny Unitas 20
Brett Favre 20
Troy Aikman 18-
And so on and so on.
You may vote once a day. Add opinions if you like. Eventually players will fall off the list once they reach zero, and the winner will stand alone with the highest total.
If by chance, a couple of people enter a post at the same time, the 2nd sequential poster should go back and edit his post to coincide with the poster before them.
