How about Young Guns 2? I like it equally as much as Young Guns.

No way. Young Guns 2 was okay, Young Guns was far better.

I would say the best would either be:

• Terminator 2
• Star Trek 2: Wrath of Khan
• Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back
• The Godfather 2
• Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
• Indiana Jones: The Last Crusade (Much better than Temple of Doom)
• The Silence Of The Lambs

I'm not a big fan of the Batman movies. Dark Knight was alright. Better than it's predecessors.

I would say the latest one was. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

No the criteria is NOT that the sequel is BETTER than the original. That has happened in a few cases. I by the way do not think Empire was better than the original. Nor do I think Godfather II was better than the original.

Really? I don't think Temple of Doom even comes close to Raiders or The Last Crusade.

I'm much more surprised nobody listed The Silence Of The Lambs until I did. That movie is a classic.
