I wish the monster wouldn't of clouded my view of John, but unfortunately he did. Plus I was never fond of the obsession John had with thinking the island was the end all of everything.

I disagree. It was amazing to see John Locke in two different ways and Terry O'Quinn deserves an emmy for his work on season 6.

And The Island was the end all of everything. Remember in The End when Jack tells the Man In Black, "Turns out he was right about most everything. I just wish I could've told him that while he was still alive."

This guy is one of my all time favorites. He wasn't really a regular but he I enjoyed him every time he played his character, Ernest T.

There's something about his cold, calculating ways that makes him interesting IMO.

No, he doesn't even come close to being a little bit scary. Maybe he tries too hard to play character as cold and calculating, as you say, but to me he comes across as cheesy and creepy (in a sleazy kind of way).

No one can forget Mr Tony shalub now after one of the best crime detective/comedy series of all time in Monk
