...in a landslide. While the polls haven't yet closed in Miami-Dade County, CNN projects that he will still end up with well over 50% of the vote. Our election expects agree that even though Rice was drafted in '85, all the old farts in Miami-Dade hate anyone wearing a 49er uniform anyway because of Super Bowl XIX, but there aren't enough hanging chads to reverse the outcome.​
