Better move? T.O. to Dallas or Moss to N.E.?

Moss to New England.

Yes, I know we had Purcells, which was a positive when bringing a circus like Owens into town. I still think you have to have strong veteran players that people respect and I don't think the Cowboys have that. I think the guy that comes close is probably Roy Williams and he certainly isn't a bigger star than Owens.

In New England what exactly can Moss tell Brady? In the huddle, Brady will do him like McNabb tried to do Owens, tell him to STFreakU in the huddle, and you know what, Moss will do it.

And there are these little things called Championship Rings that just about every player has to respect....

The situations are not comparable at all.

thank g-d...a T.O. thread.. its been a minute

Yes, considering the fact that the only people that whine about it is those that can't stand to see the guy being criticized, positively or negatively.

Wow. How can we even begin to evaluate this when one has played a full season for his respective team and the other hasn't?

T.O. would be my pick, Moss has been garbage the past 2 years!

It will be very interesting, both will playing with chips on their shoulders in 2007.

Why will T.O. have a chip on his shoulders?

Who is better? Maybe T.O. slightly.

Who is better value? Moss. The Pats are not paying him the same money. They did lose a draft pick, but they had plenty to spare.

Moss may not regain his form from his time in Minnesota and he will still be an improvement over Reche Caldwell, Jabar Gaffney, Doug Gabriel and Troy Brown. T.O. was an improvement over Keyshawn Johnson, but the difference was not as dramatic as Moss to those other guys. You have to take that into consideration.

Tom Brady was a good QB with a poor cast last season. That supporting cast got better with Stallworth, Welker and now Moss. That is good value for the Pats who were very close to being in another Superbowl.

To add, from what I understand, Moss re-did his contract and is talking about going to a winner. I believe I heard it was a 1-year deal and to me, he is going to be extremely motivated.

This has "Corey Dillon 2004" written all over it.

I believe he took a $6 million dollar pay cut.

At least TO dosen't act like he is mooning the crowd
Ah! Pictures!

At the time that these two pictures were taken, which of the following two scenes generated a more negative reaction from stadium fans, players, coaches and television announcers at the respective game?

This one?

Or this one?

Moss is younger and still can outrun anyone in this last draft so I would have to say Moss. Owens is more of a head case but is more competitive though.
Moss' speed is much better than Owens so that would be my choice.

Remember when TO blew by Hall against Atlanta?

Hall is the fastest man in the NFL by the way.

T.O will go out there and give it his all in practice and in the games. yes will say lots of stupid things though
Moss quits on his teams. homerun hitter is all can basically do now AT TIMES...

Sorry but its not even close!

I am Pro-TO.

Bottom line is he gives it 100% and sacrifices his own well being.

Moss does not.

No, TO's 50 yarder was all about Hall staring into the backfield while TO ran by him. Hall is faster, but every CB who hesitates will get beat.
